Our Story

A family kitchen that never cut a corner

GRILLER® opened in 2003 with one belief: real flavour comes from time, not shortcuts. Every bird is marinated overnight in our own peri peri blend, then finished over charcoal by hand. In 2005 we added Grillo® — stone-baked pizza made with the same obsession.

Two decades on, we still cook fresh to order, still season by taste, and still greet the same families who walked in on our first day.
